3. I recognize that you have access to literary materials which could be similar or identical to my material in theme, idea, plot, format, or other respects. I understand that your use of property containing elements similar to or identical to my material shall not obligate you to me in any way, if such material was obtained from a third party(ies).

4. My material will not be used by you for any other purpose other than analysis, without my written permission. My material will be kept confidential. You agree that my material will not be disclosed to a third party(ies).

5. You agree not to sell or reveal my phone number, address, or e-mail address to third party(ies). You may contact me to provide me with updates on your contest.

6. I am solely responsible for securing the copyright to my material and I hereby release you from all liability for loss of, or damage to, the copy of my material submitted to you.

7. I confirm that you have no obligations to me except as set out in this agreement.

8. I consent to WriteMovies contacting me about the consulting. I confirm that I have read and understand this agreement and that no oral representations of any kind have been made to me and that this agreement states our entire understanding.
